Climate change, traffic, competition for land, demographic change – there are many challenges to living in cities. Using the example of the Cambrai-Fritsch conversion area in Darmstadt, integrated visions for living sustainably in neighbourhoods and a real-world evaluation model for municipal sustainability management are being developed in a participatory process.
