Bremen is being affected in all kinds of ways by climate change. To address these challenges, environmental bodies have developed a strategy at municipal and state level to adapt to the consequences of climate change. The BREsilient project builds on this strategy and is designing recommendations for the implementation of specific adaptation policies. Long-term measures for the maritime economy and logistics sectors are also being developed, along with specific flood control activities.
